Advice :I would advise upcoming scholars to keep pushing forward, no matter how many rejections you face. Each setback strengthens your resilience and prepares you for the right opportunity. Additionally, stay committed by practicing technical interviews regularly and attending conferences hosted by the companies you're interested in. When attending conferences be sure to have applied to the opportunity first and mention that to the recruiters. Most importantly, network—building connections is key!
