Advice :Learn to find a balance between going out of your comfort zone and taking time to breathe! Never say no to an opportunity simply because you don't believe you can succeed. Saying no can be as simple as not applying, don't disqualify yourself. However if your answer to the question, "Do I have the capacity to accept this opportunity and give it my best?", is "No", you owe it to yourself to take a step back and rethink what is best for you.
