Dwana Franklin-Davis
Chief Executive Officer
Dwana Franklin-Davis is the CEO of Reboot Representation. She is a collaborative and compelling visionary leading the Tech Coalition’s pooled philanthropic investments in the success of Black, Latina, and Native American women and girls in emerging technological fields.
A lifelong technologist with a passion for increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the tech sector, Dwana joined Reboot Representation in 2019 after working in IT, software engineering, and leadership positions for Mastercard, May Department Store Companies, and IBM. Based in New York City, Dwana holds a BS in Management from Purdue University, an MS in Information Management from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Certificate in Project Management from Washington University in St. Louis.
Callista Chen
VP, Program & Operations
Callista Chen is the Senior Director of Programs at Reboot Representation. Callista joined Reboot from Techbridge Girls, where she served as the Pacific Northwest Executive Director. As a leader, entrepreneur, and community builder, Callista worked to expand Techbridge Girls’ game-changing programs to reach more girls, families, and educators. Prior to her time there, she spent several years managing international development programs for the World Bank in Liberia and Eswatini (Swaziland). During her time overseas, she co-founded a small foundation that provided micro-grants to students and entrepreneurs in Sub-Saharan Africa. Callista also has worked as a management consultant and editor at McKinsey & Company, advising multinational nonprofits and Fortune 500 companies.
Callista is based in Seattle and holds a BA from Stanford University in Human Biology, as well as an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
Jannie Fernandez
Director of Talent Engagement
Jannie Fernandez is a passionate advocate for equity in technology, serving as the Director of Talent Engagement at Reboot Representation. She leads strategic initiatives designed to unlock the full potential of Black, Latina, and Native American women and girls in the tech industry’s most innovative fields.
Jannie expertly forges collaborative partnerships, leverages data-driven insights, and champions innovative solutions to dismantle systemic barriers and create pathways to success for BLNA women and girls. Her work is fueled by a deep commitment to service and a belief in the transformative power of inclusive tech.
Prior to Reboot Representation, Jannie honed her expertise as Program Director at the National Center for Women and Information Technology (NCWIT), launching initiatives that expanded opportunities for women and girls of color and individuals with disabilities in STEM. Jannie started her career teaching Biology and Physics while leading the Special Education Department at a public high school in Miami, FL.
Holding a BS in Special Education from Florida International University and an MS in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado Boulder, Jannie combines academic rigor with real-world experience. Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, where her passion for education ignited, and is now based in Richmond, VA.
Linda Calvin
Chief Impact Officer
Linda Calvin is the Chief Impact Officer for Reboot Representation where she collaborates with Reboot Tech Coalition partners to create and support cultures that retain, attract and advance Black, Latina and Native American (BLNA) women in tech. Before joining Reboot Representation, Linda was the IT Sector Vice President for the School of IT at Ivy Tech Community College. Linda is a 20+ year veteran of the private IT sector where she has led global teams to implement digital and a mobile application strategy, data privacy and social media policy. In these roles, she has demonstrated her expertise in communication, law, and global tech leadership. Linda, a first-generation college graduate, graduated in 2001 cum laude from Butler University with a bachelor’s in journalism. In 2008, she earned her Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law. In 2016, Linda earned a scrum master certification.
Michelle Del Angel
Talent Engagement Coordinator
Michelle Del Angel is a Talent Engagement Coordinator at Reboot Representation. She joined Reboot after working at DiversityWealth, where she was a Session Coordinator for trainings based on Brene Brown’s research. A year prior, Michelle had the opportunity to work at T-Mobile as a Project Manager Intern for their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team. Michelle holds a BA from The University of Texas at Dallas in Arts and Technology with a concentration in Design and Production.
Omokanyisola Odusanya
Program Coordinator
Omokanyisola Odusanya is a Program Coordinator at Reboot Representation. She joined Reboot after working at the University of Pennsylvania as a Program Administrative Coordinator for the 2-PREVENT Breast Cancer Translational Center of Excellence. Omokanyisola graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health.
