The Reboot Representation Tech Coalition makes collective investments in the success of Black, Latina, and Native American (BLNA) women and girls in emerging technological fields.
About the Coalition
Born out of a report in 2018 highlighting the diminutive investments supporting BLNA women and girls in computing, the Reboot Representation Tech Coalition was launched to double the number of BLNA women earning computing degrees by 2025.
According to the 2023 IPEDS data, we achieved our mission two years ahead of schedule!
Building on that success, our Coalition of corporate and philanthropic leaders launched a new goal in 2025—making collective investments in the success of BLNA women and girls in emerging technological fields. Learn more about why we’re focusing on emerging technological fields here.
Reboot and its partners strengthen pathways to and through the tech ecosystem. From high school to computing degrees and into the technical workforce, we ensure BLNA women and girls can access, influence, and succeed in emerging fields. Our efforts focus on three interconnected segments of the ecosystem:
- High school: Early exposure to computing in high school
- College: Undergraduate degree attainment and technical and professional readiness of BLNA women undergraduates
- Early Career: Higher employment of BLNA women in tech
The Reboot Representation Tech Coalition is a fiscally sponsored non-profit.

Join in taking action to close the gender gap for Black, Latina, and Native American women in tech.
